BRIEF JOB OVERVIEW:

The Wooten Company is seeking a Funding Programs Specialist with extensive federal and state grant management and compliance experience to join our Funding Strategies Team. The Funding Programs Specialist is driven to support local communities with their infrastructure needs and enjoys helping those communities prosper through their work. This person will be capable of sound decision-making in the face of complex challenges. The right person for this position will have a passion for analytical problem-solving, an attention to detail, and the ability to wear multiple hats in a teamwork environment. The ideal candidate is savvy with project management and skillful with helping all stakeholders at various levels of knowledge to understand the requirements needed to maintain funding pipelines.
