BRIEF JOB OVERVIEW:
The Director of Workforce Development is responsible for the successful management and effective implementation of the talent and workforce development initiatives and programs outlined in the Chamber’s strategic GROW plan, in collaboration with Action Greensboro. These programs engage employers with regional partners and educational institutions on strategies and programs that develop, attract, and retain a qualified labor force, in order to make Greensboro and Guilford County the first choice for top talent.
