BRIEF JOB OVERVIEW:

The Director of Business Development will have excellent interpersonal communication skills, and strong leadership/coordination acumen. They will be responsible for aggressively identifying, prospecting, developing, securing and qualifying business opportunities to support new revenue growth for Construction Management and Design/Build services. This is a hands-on management position requiring flexibility and adaptability in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment and a strategic understanding of AEC business operations.
