NCEDA recognizes and supports the advancement of outstanding practitioners by annually awarding three scholarships for professional development.

These scholarships honor individuals whose contributions to the profession, commitment to high professional and personal standards, and professional success earned the respect of peers and associates:

Scholarship recipients are recognized at NCEDA meetings, in the newsletter and in news releases to local media.

Applications are received in February and awarded at the MidWinter Conference in March. Applications will be accepted until February 17, 2017 and must be sent to, Applicants will receive a confirmation email upon receipt. The scholarship recipients will be announced at the NCEDA 2017 MidWinter Conference on March 15 in Raleigh, NC.
