BRIEF JOB OVERVIEW:

Manage the organization’s Salesforce CRM systems to include system maintenance and enhancements, data reporting, and employee training. Plan and oversee Salesforce projects to improve organizational performance and efficiency. Apply knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide the organization to the best solutions. Provide guidance and training to other employees who manage products/platforms within the larger Salesforce ecosystem.
