Mount Holly woman appointed to state economic board
A Gaston County woman has been named to a state panel that advocates for North Carolina as a prime destination for economic investment.
Julie Roper of Mount Holly is one of two new appointees to the North Carolina Economic Development Association, which in June elected new leaders for the 2019 fiscal year. Officials with the organization cited her longtime expertise as an economic development leader in the metro Charlotte region.
